Sub-loop Elements. 2.8.1 Where facilities permit, BellSouth shall offer access to its Unbundled Sub-Loop (USL) elements as specified herein.
Sub-loop Elements. 2.6.1 Where facilities permit and subject to applicable and effective FCC rules and orders, BellSouth shall offer access to its Unbundled Sub Loop (USL), Unbundled Subloop Concentration (USLC) System and Unbundled Network Terminating Wire (UNTW) elements. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access, in accordance with 51.311 and section 251(c) (3) of the Act, to the subloop. On an unbundled basis and pursuant to the following terms and conditions and the rates approved by the Commission and set forth in this Attachment.
Sub-loop Elements. 6.1 Where facilities permit and where necessary to comply with an effective Commission order, BellSouth shall offer access to its Unbundled Sub- Loop (USL), Unbundled Sub-Loop Concentration (USLC) System and Unbundled Network Terminating Wire (UNTW) elements.

Until such time as rates for Sub Loop elements have been approved by the Commission, Al-Call shall pay to BellSouth interim cost-based rates as set forth in this Attachment, such rates to be subject to true-up in accordance with Section 18.3 of this Attachment.

Sub-loop Elements. 8.1 SBC-12STATE will provide sub-loop elements as unbundled network elements as set forth in this Appendix. Other than as specifically set out elsewhere in this agreement, SNET does not offer Subloop elements under this agreement. Rather, Subloop elements are available as described in Section 18 of the Connecticut Service Tariff.

Sub-loop Elements. 2.6.1 Where facilities permit (as determined on a nondiscriminatory basis) and subject to applicable and effective FCC rules and orders, BellSouth shall offer nondiscriminatory access to its Unbundled Sub Loop (USL), Unbundled Subloop Concentration (USLC) System and Unbundled Network Terminating Wire (UNTW) elements. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access, in accordance with 47 C.F.R § 51.311 and section 251(c) (3) of the Act, to the subloop. On an unbundled basis and pursuant to the following terms and conditions and the rates approved by the Commission and set forth in this Attachment.
Sub-loop Elements. 7.1 Where facilities are in place and available, BellSouth shall, pursuant to 47 CFR § 51.319 (a) (2), offer access to its Unbundled Sub-Loop (USL), Unbundled Sub- Loop Concentration (USLC) System and Unbundled Network Terminating Wire (UNTW) elements. If no facilities exist, Sprint may utilize BellSouth’s special construction process to request the placement of such facilities.
