Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment and upon request, Verizon shall provide to AURA access to a House and Riser Cable (as such term is hereinafter defined) in accordance with, and subject to, the terms and provisions of this Section 7 and the rates set forth in the Pricing Attachment. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment and upon request by Xxxxxxx, Verizon shall provide Xxxxxxx with access to a House and Riser Cable in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern House and Riser Cables, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective. Verizon shall provide Xxxxxxx with access to House and Riser Cable in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.
House and Riser. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 11 and upon request, Verizon shall provide to TCG access to a House and Riser Cable (as such term is hereinafter defined) in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and provisions of Verizon’s PSC NY No. 10 Tariff, as amended from time to time.
House and Riser. 1.2.13.1 Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1.7 below, and upon request, VERIZON shall provide to SPRINT access to a House and Riser Cable (as such term is hereinafter defined) in accordance with, and subject to, the terms and provisions of this Section 1.2.13 and the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s DTE MA No. 17 Tariff. Verizon shall provide CBB with access to House and Riser Cable in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.

Verizon shall provide Covista with access to House and Riser Cable in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.
