Pricing Approval means any approval, agreement, determination, or decision establishing prices that can be charged to consumers for a pharmaceutical or biological product or that will be reimbursed by Governmental Authorities for a pharmaceutical or biological product, in each case, in a country where Governmental Authorities approve or determine pricing for pharmaceutical or biological products for reimbursement or otherwise.
Additional Indication means any indication other than the Initial Indication.
Pricing Schedule means the Schedule attached hereto identified as such.
Pricing Grid the pricing grid attached hereto as Annex A.
Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.
Additional Product means any Product identified as such in the Product Terms and chosen by Enrolled Affiliate under this Enrollment.
Additional SDU Study means a deliverability study that a Developer may elect to pursue as that term is defined in OATT Section 25 (OATT Attachment S). For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Affiliated Entity” shall mean, with respect to a person or Entity:
Major Market Country means one or more of the following: Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States of America.
Approved Pricing Service means a pricing or quotation service as set forth in Schedule 1.01(a) or any other pricing or quotation service approved by the Board of Directors of the Borrower and designated in writing to the Administrative Agent (which designation shall be accompanied by a copy of a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Borrower that such pricing or quotation service has been approved by the Borrower).
Prices & Rates Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Contract Price.
Major Market Countries means the United States, Japan, England, Germany, France, Italy and Spain.
Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.
Diagnostic clinical procedures manual means a collection of written procedures that describes each method (and other instructions and precautions) by which the licensee performs diagnostic clinical procedures; where each diagnostic clinical procedure has been approved by the authorized user and includes the radiopharmaceutical, dosage, and route of administration.
Sales territory means an area of exclusive sales responsibility for the brand or brands of beer sold by a supplier as designated by an agreement.
Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.
Pricing Supplement means the pricing supplement included as Annex A to the Series Instrument.
Level III Pricing applies on any day on which (i) the Borrower’s long-term debt is rated A- or higher by S&P or A3 or higher by Moody’s and (ii) neither Level I Pricing nor Level II Pricing applies.
Approved Product means any water fitting, plumbing product, material or component which is the subject of an existing WRAS Approval;
Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation
Commercial Product means any such product as defined in FAR 2.101.
Major EU Country means France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom.
Additional Products means products, services and applications that are not part of the Services but that may be accessible, via the Admin Console or otherwise, for use with the Services.
Program Parameter means, in respect of a program, the provincial standards (such as operational, financial or service standards and policies, operating manuals and program eligibility), directives, guidelines and expectations and requirements for that program;
customs territory means the territory of the country of each Contracting Party in which the Customs laws of that country are in force;
Product Terms means the document that provides information about Microsoft Products and Professional Services available through volume licensing. The Product Terms document is published on the Licensing Site and is updated from time to time.
U.S. Territory means American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
