Transmission Path definition

Transmission Path means a combination of a satellite earth station transmitter, a satellite receiver, a transmission frequency, and polarisation for which transmissions are authorised by the licence.
Transmission Path has the meaning set forth in Article 13.2.
Transmission Path means the Northbound Transmission Path and the Southbound Transmission Path, collectively.

  • The rates for a Voice Grade Transmission Path under (c) above shall be the same rates applicable under the Amended Agreement to a DS0 loop to the same customer premises were such a loop available, unless and until such time as different rates for a Voice Grade Transmission Path are established in which case such different rates shall apply.

  • A Transmission Path shall be deemed “operational” if the Satellite can provide full performance as required in Exhibit B, Satellite Performance Specification through such Transmission Path, after measurement and analysis uncertainty has been taken into consideration.


More Definitions of Transmission Path

Transmission Path means an electrical path capable of transmitting signals within the range of the service offering, e.g., a voice grade transmission path is capable of transmitting voice frequencies within the approximate range of 300 to 3000 Hz. A transmission path is comprised of physical or derived channels consisting of any form or configuration of facilities typically used in the telecommunications industry.

  • Transmission pipeline means any high pressure transmission pipeline connected to, but excluding the Maui Pipeline, that is used for the open access transportation of Gas, and includes all items of plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings directly appurtenanced to that pipeline, but excluding any item which is controlled by a party other than that pipeline’s TP Welded Party and any low pressure distribution system.
