STRIKES, LOCKOUTS AND PICKET LINES The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement, the Union or its bargaining unit members will not authorize, instigate, aid or engage in any work stoppage, slowdown, sickout, refusal to work, picketing or strike against the Employer and/or the Agency, its goods, property or on its property. The Agency agrees that during the life of this Agreement there will be no lockout. Upon notification confirmed in writing by the Employer to the Union that certain bargaining unit members covered by this Agreement are engaging in strike activity in violation of this Article, the Union shall advise such striking employees in writing, with a copy to the Department of Administrative Services, to return to work immediately. Such notification by the Union shall not constitute an admission that it has caused or counseled such strike activity.
Picket Lines The Employer agrees that, in the event of a legal picket line of another trade union being in existence at any of the Employer's stores within the Bargaining Unit, the Employer will in no way require or force members to report to work behind such a picket line. Nor will the Employer discipline or in any way discriminate against an employee who refuses to report to work while a legal picket line exists at his or her place of work.
Picket Line It shall not be considered a violation of this Agreement for an employee to refuse to cross a picket line which has been legally established as a result of a bona fide labour dispute between a recognized Trade Union and an Employer with whom the picketing Union has a dispute.
Crossing Picket Lines The Company will not expect an employee to cross a picket line, including a picket line at a customer site, if to do so would place the employee's life, limb or personal property in jeopardy.
Legal Picket Lines Refusal to cross a legally established picket line shall not constitute cause for discipline or dismissal. An employee who refuses to cross a legally established picket line shall be considered to be absent without pay.

STRIKES & LOCKOUTS The Union agrees there shall be no strikes and the Hospital agrees there shall be no lockouts so long as this Agreement continues to operate. The terms "strike" and "
NO STRIKES/LOCKOUTS During the term of this Agreement the parties to the Agreement agree that there shall be no strike or lockout in accordance with the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
Strikes Nothing in this Agreement permits or grants to any employee the right to strike or refuse to perform their official duties.
NO STRIKES, NO LOCK OUTS 4.01 The Company agrees that there shall be no lock out, and the Union agrees that there shall be no strikes, work stoppage, slow down, restriction of output or interruption of work either complete or partial by the Union or by the employees for any reason whatsoever during the life of this agreement. All disputes between them shall be submitted for settlement in accordance with the grievance and arbitration procedure set forth in this agreement.
