Street Light Inventory. The Company and the Municipality agree to meet annually to discuss and exchange information relating to street light facilities owned by each Party. The Company shall have the right, but not the obligation, to xxxx xxxxxx lighting facilities owned by the Municipality. The form and place of marking used by the Company to xxxx xxxxxx light facilities owned by the Municipality shall first be approved in writing by the Municipality, who shall act reasonably in granting or denying such approval. Within twelve (12) months of any request by the Municipality, the Company shall provide to the Municipality an inventory of all street lighting facilities within the Municipal Service Area detailing those that:

Street Light Inventory. Several of the roadways within the Program area have existing street lights that are maintained by Lighting District L-100. Currently the majority of the street lights along the local roads are affixed to wooden utility poles, with the exception of Xxxxxx Avenue.
Street Light Inventory. (from Xxxxx) This will assist in a consistent effort by City public works to identify areas of potential line underground districts, light planning, tracking removal requests for double poles (CLPUD poles versus another utility’s poles), and overall better housekeeping. Concept language: CLPUD shall provide the City with an annual data set of public infrastructure installed by CLPUD within the City, including light type, wattage, light height, and fixture type. All modifications and additions of lights, poles, and distribution and transmission lines shall be shared with the City within this data set.

  • Computer Equipment No computers and/or personal electronic devices, such as tablets and laptop computers, or any component thereof, may be purchased with funds provided under this Contract, regardless of purchase price, without prior written approval of ADMINISTRATOR.
