Strategic Operational Services Unit. The employer commits to a state-wide unit being established to address strategic operational stream issues including: • Maintaining the focus of the Workloads Project; • Developing an Operational Impact Statement; • Developing operational methodologies for operational stream work, including but not limited to, cleaning, porterage and catering. With respect to the operational methodologies, workload methodologies will be developed for operational stream work, including but not limited to, cleaning, porterage and catering. Queensland Health will endeavour to develop the workload methodologies for cleaning within 6 months of certification of the agreement, and for porterage and catering within 12 months of certification of the agreement. Timeframes will be subject to the need to ensure sufficient time for the identification, consultation and evaluation (through pilots if necessary) of the methodologies prior to adoption. With respect to developing an Operational Impact Statement, this will be developed within 6 months of certification of the agreement.
