Common use of Storm Leave Clause in Contracts

Storm Leave. If the office is closed by the Chief Executive Officer or her/his designate due to weather conditions preventing the employee from reporting to the Community Care Access Centre Office or causing the employee to leave the office early then the employee shall not suffer a loss of pay for the time lost.

Storm Leave. If the office is closed by the Chief Executive Officer Director or her/his designate due to weather conditions preventing the employee from reporting to the Community Care Access Centre CCAC Branch Office or causing the employee to leave the office early then the employee shall not suffer a loss of regular pay for the time lostlost on that day.

(a) If the office is closed by the LHIN Chief Executive Officer or her/his designate Designate due to weather conditions preventing the employee Employee from reporting to the Community Care Access Centre Office LHIN or causing the employee Employee to leave the office early early, then the employee Employee shall not suffer a loss of pay for the time lost.
