Mourner's Leave. (a) Full-time employees may be granted one-half (½) day leave with pay to attend the funeral of a member of the Union in the capacity of pallbearer.
(b) Full-time employees may be granted one-half (½) day leave with pay to attend the funeral of an employee, to a maximum of two (2) employees.
Mourner's Leave. Up to one-half (½) day leave may be granted without loss of salary or wages to attend a funeral if the service occurs within the boundaries of Mission, Maple Ridge, Abbotsford or Chilliwack. If the service is outside these boundaries an employee may be granted one (1) day’s leave without loss of salary or wages.
