Storage Inventory Clause Samples
Storage Inventory. Counterparty shall designate Manager as agent for its storage capacity and all gas balances in storage of October 31, 2010. The inventory of Gas in each Storage Facility is listed in Exhibit C. Manager shall provide agency service and provide for utilization of storage assets as set forth in paragraph 4.02.
Storage Inventory. In connection with Counterparty's release to Manager of its storage capacity in accordance with Section 2.01 of this Agreement, the balances shown in Counterparty Storage Accounts as of October 31, 2001 shall become the initial Counterparty Storage Account balances. The inventory of Gas so transferred in each Storage Facility is listed in Exhibit B. In exchange for this transfer of Gas inventory, Manager grants Counterparty the right to receive, at the Counterparty's receipt points on the applicable Transporter, volumes of Baseload Gas (less applicable fuel charges) as set forth in paragraph 4.02. This exchange is a like kind exchange of equal volumes with no cash sales price.
Storage Inventory. 6.1 Upon Buyer's written request provided in reasonable advance, Seller will store Products at Buyer's request for up to 60 Days.
6.2 Seller's storage allocation of Buyer's Products shall not exceed 1000 square feet of storage space.
6.3 Buyer shall be bear all costs of Product storage exceeding 60 days. Seller shall invoice Buyer for storage of Product after 60 Days at USD 0.90 per Square feet of storage space used.
6.4 Buyer will agree to take all responsibility for product storage at the end of the agreement period.
Storage Inventory. The Contractor must take a monthly inventory of all Program owned machines in storage and send a copy of the inventory list to The Program. Unless otherwise agreed to by The Program, the inventory list will be sent to The Program in an electronic Excel Spreadsheet no later than the 10th day of each month. The agency reserves the right to inspect inventory at any time, upon 24-hour notification.
Storage Inventory. 1. The depositor is obligated to review the storage inventory with respect to the accuracy and completeness of stored goods listed and sign same.
2. The warehouse proprietor is authorized to hand over the stored goods upon presentation of the Storage Contract together with an Inventory List or a cor- responding storage release note, unless the warehouse proprietor is aware or unaware due to negligence that the person presenting the Storage Contract is not authorized to accept the stored goods. The warehouse proprietor is authorized, but not obligated, to check the legitimacy of the person presenting the Storage Contract.
3. The depositor is obligated to return the Storage Contract together with the Inventory List upon delivery of the stored goods and to issue a written ack- nowledgment of receipt.
