Examples of Storage Assets in a sentence

  • All cash, cash equivalents, accounts receivable, notes receivable, other rights to receive payment and cash receipts arising from the ownership or operation of the Storage Assets and attributable to revenue recognized after the Effective Time.

Related to Storage Assets

  • Business Assets means all tangible and intangible property and assets owned (either directly or indirectly), leased, licensed, loaned, operated or used, including all real property, fixed assets, facilities, equipment, inventories and accounts receivable, by the Corporation and the Subsidiaries in connection with the Business;

  • Designated Assets means any property or assets (including Capital Stock of any Subsidiary) of Holdings, the Restricted Parent, the Issuer and their respective Restricted Subsidiaries constituting a business, a line or unit of a business or used in operating a business substantially as an entirety.

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.
