Baseload Gas definition

Baseload Gas means a Firm, fixed volume of Gas which Counterparty commits to purchase each Day of a given Month, and which Manager commits to deliver and sell at a price calculated according to the methodology set forth in Article IV and as shown in Exhibit G.
Baseload Gas means any Gas nominated for delivery to Purchaser from the Baseload Quantity in accordance with Section 6.2 or Section 6.3.
Baseload Gas means any Gas purchased by RGLNG with a fixed daily volume for an entire calendar month.

Examples of Baseload Gas in a sentence

  • The nomination deadline for Baseload Gas is set forth in Exhibit E, and the nomination deadlines for Swing Gas and Intra-Day Gas are set forth in Exhibit E.

  • The price for the SVWVS quantity of Baseload Gas delivered to Counterparty each Month will equal the Weighted Average Storage Variable Costs for withdrawals.

  • During the Months of November through March, Manager shall invoice the Counterparty a ratable daily amount of Baseload Gas over the respective month according to the schedule in Exhibit D1, including appropriate storage withdrawal charges as reflected in Exhibit H.

  • Once nominated by Purchaser to Seller, the nominated quantities of Baseload Gas and Make-Up Gas for each Day of the next succeeding or next following Month shall constitute Scheduled Gas and it shall be a Firm obligation of Seller to sell and deliver, and a Firm obligation of Purchaser to purchase and receive, such quantities of Baseload Gas and Make-Up Gas on such Day.

  • Once made available by the Seller in a written notice to Purchaser and, if accepted by Purchaser in a written notice to Seller confirming Purchaser’s acceptance thereof, the Additional Quantity shall become Baseload Gas and it shall be a Firm obligation of Seller to deliver the Additional Quantity and a Firm obligation of Purchaser to purchase and receive the Additional Quantity.

  • The prices for each Month’s Gas shall be determined by the same method as for Baseload Gas, using the prices set forth in the Inside F.E.R.C. Gas Market Report, plus applicable Weighted Average Storage Variable Costs for injections.

  • Sales and purchases of the Baseload Gas and Make-Up Gas will be on a Firm basis and sales and purchases of the Additional Gas will be on an Interruptible basis unless and until the Additional Gas is nominated for delivery as provided in Section 6.4 at which time, the Additional Quantity will become Scheduled Gas deliverable on a Firm basis.

  • An example of Baseload Gas and Swing Gas price calculations are attached as Exhibit G.

  • The price for Baseload Gas shall be determined by adding (1) the Baseload Gas Commodity Charge and (2) the Weighted Average Transportation Variable Costs and Weighted Average Transportation Fuel Costs as shown on Exhibit G for the Baseload Gas Price Calculation.

  • In exchange for this transfer of Gas inventory, Manager grants Counterparty the right to receive, at the Counterparty's receipt points on the applicable Transporter, volumes of Baseload Gas (less applicable fuel charges) as set forth in paragraph 4.02.
