Storage and Hosting. You grant to Us, Our Affiliates and Our Contractors the rights to store, host, warehouse, transmit, copy, reproduce, use, and distribute tangible, electronic copies of the Manuscript and the Work, in whole or in part, in any formats now or hereafter known, and using any digital or electronic hardware, software, application, and technologies, now or hereafter known, as deemed necessary or appropriate by Us in order to exercise the licenses and rights granted to Us and fulfill Our obligations under this Agreement and the Service Orders.

Storage and Hosting. AUTHOR grants to BOOKTANGO the rights to copy, reproduce, host, store, use, transmit and distribute electronic and/or audio copies of the LICENSED MATERIALS (in any formats now or hereafter known, and using any technologies now or hereafter known) as deemed necessary or appropriate by BOOKTANGO to facilitate its exercise and exploitation of the licenses and rights granted to it in this Agreement. This grant includes BOOKTANGO’s vendors, subcontractors, licensees, distributors and affiliates.

This grant of authority includes Book Country’s the right to allow BOOK COUNTRY’s vendors, subcontractors, licensees, distributors and any entity to whom BOOK COUNTRY provides permission to exercise such rights, to exercise such rights .

  • DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING The Contractor shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery to ensure that no damage occurred during shipping or handling for furnish and installation projects. For equipment only purchases, the ordering entity shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery. Materials must be stored in original undamaged packaging in such a manner to ensure proper ventilation and drainage, and to protect against damage, weather, vandalism, and theft until ready for installation.

  • Shipping and Handling Fees The price to the Customer under this Contract shall include all shipping and handling fees. Shipments will be Free On Board Customer’s destination. No additional fees shall be charged to the Customer for standard shipping and handling. If the Customer requests expedited delivery, Customer will be responsible for any charges for expedited delivery.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Exception Where Databases Contain Sufficient Information A Reporting Financial Institution is not required to perform the paper record search described in subparagraph D.2. of this section if the Reporting Financial Institution’s electronically searchable information includes the following:

  • Web Hosting If Customer submits a Service Order(s) for web hosting services, the following terms shall also apply:

  • Procurement of the Site 10.3.1 Pursuant to the notice specified in Clause 4.1.2, the Authority Representative and the Concessionaire shall, on a mutually agreed date and time, inspect the Site and prepare a memorandum containing an inventory of the Site including the vacant and unencumbered land, buildings, structures, road works, trees and any other immovable property on or attached to the Site. Such memorandum shall have appended thereto an appendix (the “Appendix”) specifying in reasonable detail those parts of the Site to which vacant access and Right of Way has not been granted to the Concessionaire. Signing of the memorandum, in two counterparts (each of which shall constitute an original), by the authorised representatives of the Parties shall, subject to the provisions of Clause 10.2.2, be deemed to constitute a valid licence and Right of Way to the Concessionaire for free and unrestricted use and development of the vacant and unencumbered Site during the Concession Period under and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and for no other purpose whatsoever. For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that valid licence and Right of Way with respect to the parts of the Site as set forth in the Appendix shall be deemed to have been granted to the Concessionaire upon vacant access thereto being provided by the Authority to the Concessionaire.

  • Erosion and Sediment Control The Contractor shall install and maintain erosion and sediment control devices to prevent adjacent streets, storm drains and property from accumulations of soil, sediment, or dust which result from his work. Devices installed to control sediment and prevent erosion shall comply with the requirements of the Georgia Tech Project Superintendent. The Contractor is responsible for monitoring downstream conditions throughout the construction period and clearing any debris, sediment, and dust caused by the progress of the Work. The Contractor shall inspect, maintain, and clear erosion and sediment control devices at least weekly unless otherwise directed by the Georgia Institute of Technology Construction Manager. At the conclusion of the Work, the Contractor shall remove all installed devices and restoring the site to the satisfaction of the Georgia Tech Construction Manager.

  • Sites Sites shall mean the locations set forth in the Contract Documentation.

  • Terminals Hartford Terminal. Hartford Terminal is located at or near Hartford, Illinois. The facility consists of a two-bay truck rack with 17,000 barrels of active terminaling capacity, 13 above-ground storage tanks with approximately 1.1 million barrels of total storage capacity. The Hartford barge dock consists of a single-berth barge loading facility, approximately 0.8 miles of 8-inch pipeline and approximately 0.8 miles of 14-inch pipeline from the Hartford terminal to the Hartford barge dock for delivery.
