Steps of the Grievance Procedure. All grievances shall be processed in accordance with the following procedure. Upon mutual agreement, Step One, Two or Three may be skipped. Grievances over final counseling or dismissal will begin at Step Two. Step One: Supervisor, Manager or Designee If the issue is not resolved informally, the Union may file a written grievance to the supervisor or designee, and the Labor Relations office (xxxxxxxx@xx.xxx).
