Status of Salary Schedule. The parties recognize that the terms and conditions of employment for the duration of this Master Agreement are covered by this Master Agreement, and such terms and conditions of employment shall not be construed to be a part of the teacher’s continuing contract rights as defined in M.S. 122A.40. In the event a successor Master agreement is not entered into prior to the expiration date of this Master Agreement, a teacher shall be compensated according to the previous year’s compensation until such time as a successor Master Agreement is executed. However, in the event a teacher’s workload is modified, he/she shall be paid an amount based upon the previous year’s compensation for comparable duties.
