Status of Operator. 43.1 In carrying out its obligations under this Agreement the Operator agrees that it will be acting as an independent contractor and nothing in this Agreement shall create, or be deemed to create, a partnership, joint venture, or the relationship of principal and agent or employer and employee between the Parties.
Status of Operator. Operator shall perform and execute its obligations under this Agreement as an independent contractor to Owner and shall not be an employee or, except as expressly provided in this Agreement, an agent of Owner.
Status of Operator. Operator shall not receive any payments acting as Operator according to this Contract, except as otherwise provided in the Accounting procedure and any joint operating agreement which may be executed by Contractor Parties.

Status of Operator. Anadolun in the conduct of its activities under the Lease will be deemed to have the status of an independent contractor. Anadolun will not act or hold itself out as an agent for Texada nor make any commitments on behalf of Texada unless permitted by this Lease or directed in writing by Texada, as applicable.

The Operator will not act or hold itself out as an agent for Sage nor make any commitments on behalf of any of either Gryphon or Sage unless permitted by this Agreement or directed in writing by Gryphon or Sage, as applicable.
Status of Operator. Non-Operators agree and understand that Operator is not selling or leasing any goods or services under the provisions of this Agreement as contemplated by any deceptive trade practices acts of the States of Montana, Ohio and/or Texas and any provisions to the contrary herein notwithstanding, it is intended that the activities of Operator are considered as an accommodation to Non-Operator for which Operator is to be reimbursed on the basis and at the rates set forth herein.
Status of Operator. Karasu in the conduct of its activities under the Lease will be deemed to have the status of an independent contractor. Karasu will not act or hold itself out as an agent for Black Sea nor make any commitments on behalf of Anadolun or Black Sea unless permitted by this Lease or directed in writing by Anadolun and Black Sea, respectively.
Status of Operator. 3.1 The Parties intend that the Operator and any Operator’s Personnel be engaged as independent contractors of the Company. Nothing contained in this Agreement will be construed to create the relationship of employer and employee, principal and agent, partnership or joint venture, or any other fiduciary relationship.
