Conflict of Law Sample Clauses

Conflict of Law. This Agreement shall be interpreted under, and enforced by the laws of the State of California excepting any choice of law rules which may direct the application of laws of another jurisdiction. The Agreement and obligations of the parties are subject to all valid laws, orders, rules, and regulations of the authorities having jurisdiction over this Agreement (or the successors of those authorities.) Any suits brought pursuant to this Agreement shall be filed with the courts of the County of Santa Clara, State of California.
Conflict of Law. In the event that any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement are contrary to or unenforceable by reason of any law or governmental decision, ruling or regulation, such terms or conditions shall be deemed to be severed from this Agreement, and the illegality or unenforceability thereof shall not in any manner affect or impair any other terms or conditions of this Agreement.
Conflict of Law. This Guaranty shall be construed, interpreted, enforced and governed by and in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
Conflict of Law. Any provision of this Agreement which may be in conflict with any Federal or State law, regulation or executive order shall be suspended and inoperative to the extent of and for the duration of such conflict. In the event any provision of this Agreement is suspended or declared inoperative by reason of the operation of this Section, the parties shall meet within 30 days to negotiate a substitute provision which will, as nearly as possible, reflect the intent of the suspended clause in a lawful manner. Conflict of Law. To the extent that this contract might conflict with Washington State Standards for Indigent Defense or any law or court rules pertaining to the responsibility of the court to provide indigent defendants with adequate legal representation, the Washington State Standards for Indigent Defense, law or the court rules shall control.
