Conflict of Law. In the event that any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement are contrary to or unenforceable by reason of any law or governmental decision, ruling or regulation, such terms or conditions shall be deemed to be severed from this Agreement, and the illegality or unenforceability thereof shall not in any manner affect or impair any other terms or conditions of this Agreement.
Conflict of Law. This Agreement shall be interpreted under, and enforced by the laws of the State of California excepting any choice of law rules which may direct the application of laws of another jurisdiction. The Agreement and obligations of the parties are subject to all valid laws, orders, rules, and regulations of the authorities having jurisdiction over this Agreement (or the successors of those authorities.) Any suits brought pursuant to this Agreement shall be filed with the courts of the County of Alameda, State of California.
Conflict of Law. Except as specified in Section 13.A., the validity, interpretation, performance and enforcement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to the principles of conflict of laws thereof.
Conflict of Law. This Guaranty shall be construed, interpreted, enforced and governed by and in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

Notwithstanding anything else herein contained, the VM Mortgages Trustee Account Bank may refrain without liability from doing anything that would or might in its opinion be contrary to any law of any jurisdiction (including but not limited to England & Wales) or any directive or regulation of any agency of any jurisdiction and may without liability do anything which is, in its opinion, necessary to comply with any such law, directive or regulation.
Conflict of Law. Any provision of this Agreement which may be in conflict with any Federal or State law, regulation or executive order shall be suspended and inoperative to the extent of and for the duration of such conflict. In the event any provision of this Agreement is suspended or declared inoperative by reason of the operation of this Section, the parties shall meet within 30 days to negotiate a substitute provision which will, as nearly as possible, reflect the intent of the suspended clause in a lawful manner. Conflict of Law. In addition to the nonpayment of any sum due hereunder, Seller may immediately suspend Services or Ancillary Service in whole or part if Seller determines that such Services or Ancillary Service violate the Communications Act of 1934, as amended (including the Telecommunications Act of 1996), or that the imposition of any state or federal statute, or promulgation of any rule, regulation, or order of the Federal Communications Commission ("FCC") or other governing body makes Seller's performance commercially impracticable.
Conflict of Law. To the extent that this contract might conflict with Washington State Standards for Indigent Defense or any law or court rules pertaining to the responsibility of the court to provide indigent defendants with adequate legal representation, the Washington State Standards for Indigent Defense, law or the court rules shall control.
Conflict of Law. Any provision of this Agreement determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be in conflict with state or federal law shall be null and void and in no further force or effect.
