This deliverable works towards the first and second goals as we will use the video’s and presentation to disseminate information from SAUCE beyond the project end date. Despite not being able to present in person, we feel that the footage created via the showcase and videos, alongside the downloads section of our project website, successfully meets our criteria to share the success of the project.

  • Technical Specifications 1. A procuring entity shall not prepare, adopt or apply any technical specification or prescribe any conformity assessment procedure with the purpose or effect of creating an unnecessary obstacle to trade between the Parties.

  • Project Implementation Manual The Recipient, through the PCU, shall: (i) take all action required to carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth or referred to in the Project Implementation Manual; (ii) submit recommendations to the Association for its consideration for changes and updates of the Project Implementation Manual as they may become necessary or advisable during Project implementation in order to achieve the objective of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project; and (iii) not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Project Implementation Manual or any of its provisions without the Association’s prior agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.

  • DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK Firms and/or individuals that assisted in the development or drafting of the specifications, requirements, statements of work, or solicitation documents contained herein are excluded from competing for this solicitation. This shall not be applicable to firms and/or individuals providing responses to a publicly posted Request for Information (RFI) associated with a solicitation.

  • Service Specification The Parties have agreed upon the scope and specification of the Services provided under this Service Agreement in the Service Specification.

  • Design and Construction In complying with the requirements of the specification both with respect to arrangement and detail, design is to conform to the best current engineering practice. Each of the several parts of the material is to be of the maker’s standard design provided that this design is in general accordance with the specification. The essence of design should be simplicity and reliability in order to give long continuous service with high economy and low maintenance cost. Particular attention should be paid to internal and external access in order to facilitate inspection, cleaning and maintenance. The design dimensions and materials of all parts are to be such that they will not suffer damage as a result of stresses under the most severe conditions. Fully detailed specifications of the several parts of the material are to be submitted describing particularly the materials to be used. The materials used in the construction of the material are to be of the highest quality and selected particularly to meet the duties required of them. Mechanisms are to be constructed to avoid sticking due to rust or corrosion. Workmanship and general finish are to be of the highest class throughout. All similar parts of the material are to be interchangeable. All equipment is to operate without undue vibration and with the least possible amount of noise and is not to cause a nuisance. All equipment is to be designed to minimize the risk of fire and any damage, which may be caused in the event of fire. The equipment is also to be designed to prevent ingress of all vermin, accidental contact with live parts and to minimize the ingress of dust and dirt. The use of materials, which may be liable to attack by termites or other insects, is to be avoided.

  • Quality Specifications SANMINA-SCI shall comply with the quality specifications set forth in its Quality Manual, incorporated by reference herein, a copy of which is available from SANMINA-SCI upon request.

  • Changes to Specifications All Specifications and any changes thereto agreed to by the Parties from time to time shall be in writing, dated and signed by the Parties. No change in the Specifications shall be implemented by Cardinal Health, whether requested by Reliant or requested or required by any Regulatory Authority, until the Parties have agreed in writing to such change, the implementation date of such change, and any increase or decrease in costs, expenses or fees associated with such change. Cardinal Health shall respond promptly to any request made by Reliant for a change in the Specifications, and both Parties shall use commercially reasonable, good faith efforts to agree to the terms of such change in a timely manner. If after initial Product qualification, Reliant requests a change in the Specifications for its own benefit or to comply with the requirements of a Regulatory Authority, the Specifications shall be amended as soon as [***]: Certain information on this page has been omitted and filed separately with the Commission. Changes, agreed to between the Parties, for the benefit of Cardinal Health, shall be at the expense of Cardinal Health. If there is a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Specifications, this Agreement shall control.

  • Inspection and Rejection of Nonconforming Goods (a) Buyer shall inspect the goods within five days of receipt (“Inspection Period”). Xxxxx will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless it notifies Seller in writing of any Nonconforming Goods during the Inspection Period and furnishes documentation reasonably required by Seller. “
