Specialist - Accounting – Step 2 Completion of Microsoft Certified Application Specialist (MCAS) in Excel or similar certification in QuickBooks; or completion of five (5) classes with certificate of competency, completion, or transcript in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, QuickBooks, Personal Development, Communication, Business Administration. Classes must be taken from accredited college or university. Subject to recommendation by Supervisor and approval of the Fire Chief.
