Special Responsibilities Salary Allowance. (a) An Employee required by the Employer to undertake special responsibilities over and above those normally expected of an Employee (as defined by the Employer) will be paid an allowance. This allowance will reflect the nature of the responsibilities and must be at a rate of at least $1,000 per annum and no more than 20% of the lecturer’s base salary.
