Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability Insurance Commercial General Liability Insurance and Any Auto Automobile Liability Insurance that shall protect the Consultant, the District, and the State from all claims of bodily injury, property damage, personal injury, death, advertising injury, and medical payments arising performing any portion of the Services. (Form CG 0001 and CA 0001, or forms substantially similar, if approved by the District.)
Commercial General and Automobile Liability Insurance Commercial general liability insurance with a minimum per-occurrence limit of $2,000,000.00 for each of the following: bodily injury and property damage, personal injury and advertising injury, and products/completed operations; commercial automobile liability and/or non-owned automobile liability insurance with a combined single limit of no less than $1,000,000.00, with uninsured or underinsured automobile liability at $100,000.00 per person and $300,000.00 per occurrence; and
First Aid Allowance An employee who has been trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. John's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid a weekly allowance of $11.50 if appointed by their employer to perform first aid duty.
Automobile Allowance The Company shall provide the Executive with an automobile allowance in the amount of $1,000.00 per month to be allocated at the Executive’s discretion, or such other monthly amount designated by the Board, and that allowance shall be payable in regular installments in accordance with the Company’s general payroll practices.
Tool Allowance The Company agrees to arrange with a Tool Supplier for the purchase of tools required in the performance of a trade for each Skilled Trades employee. The Company further agrees to pay for a tool allowance annually up to three hundred ($300.00) dollars. Employees will be allowed to carry over to the next year, any unused portion of the annual $300.00. In addition, the Company agrees to pay the cost of license renewals for Skilled Trades when required by law.
Commercial General Liability Insurance Vendor will maintain insurance covering its operations, with coverage on an occurrence basis, and must be subject to terms no less broad than the Insurance Services Office (“ISO”) Commercial General Liability Form CG0001 (2001 or newer edition), or equivalent. At a minimum, coverage must include liability arising from premises, operations, bodily injury and property damage, independent contractors, products-completed operations including construction defect, contractual liability, blanket contractual liability, and personal injury and advertising injury. All required limits, terms and conditions of coverage must be maintained during the term of this Contract. Minimum Limits: $1,000,000 each occurrence Bodily Injury and Property Damage $1,000,000 Personal and Advertising Injury $2,000,000 aggregate for Products-Completed operations $2,000,000 general aggregate
The Commercial General Liability Insurance Business Automobile Insurance and Excess Public Liability Insurance policies shall name the other Parties, their parents, associated and Affiliate companies and their respective directors, officers, agents, servants and employees ("Other Party Group") as additional insured. All policies shall contain provisions whereby the insurers waive all rights of subrogation in accordance with the provisions of this LGIA against the Other Party Group and provide thirty (30) Calendar Days advance written notice to the Other Party Group prior to anniversary date of cancellation or any material change in coverage or condition.
The Commercial General Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance and Excess Public Liability Insurance policies, if written on a Claims First Made Basis, shall be maintained in full force and effect for two (2) years after termination of this LGIA, which coverage may be in the form of tail coverage or extended reporting period coverage if agreed by the Parties.
Aid Allowance An employee who has been appointed by the Employer and trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. Xxxx's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid weekly an allowance as detailed in Appendix A. The Employer will always appoint the appropriate number of First Aid Officers as required by relevant legislation and Code of Practice.
Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability Coverages a. The City of San Xxxx, its officers, employees, agents and contractors are to be covered as additional insureds as respects: Liability arising out of activities performed by or on behalf of, GRANTEE; products and completed operations of GRANTEE; premises owned, leased or used by GRANTEE; and automobiles owned, leased, hired or borrowed by GRANTEE. The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of protection afforded to CITY, its officers, employees, agents and contractors.
