Special Education Meetings. IEP and Annual Review Meetings required by law shall be scheduled within the workday, excluding individual planning time provided by this agreement and duty-free lunch unless the member approves the exception. The District shall provide coverage for members required to be at the meetings during the work day and ensure that all contractually required planning time and duty free lunch times are provided.
