SOLICITING FOR EMPLOYMENT. D15.1 Each Party to the Contract undertakes not to attempt to solicit nor procure the service or employment of employees of the other Party or persons engaged under a contract for services with the other Party during the term of the Contract and within six calendar months after the termination or expiry of the Contract without the prior written permission of the other Party.

  • Application for Employment Employee understands and agrees that, as a condition of this Agreement, Employee shall not be entitled to any employment with the Company, and Employee hereby waives any right, or alleged right, of employment or re-employment with the Company.   • RESPONSIBILITY FOR EMPLOYEES To the extent that the Contract involves the provision of the Services to UNDP by the Contractor’s officials, employees, agents, servants, subcontractors and other representatives (collectively, the Contractor’s “personnel”), the following provisions shall apply:
