Software Titles Incorporated by this License Agreement. All software titles sold by Licensor will be incorporated into this agreement and any and all other software or software title which may be added through Licensor’s in-house development or corporate acquisition. It is the DoD’s anticipation this agreement will cover any and all software companies Licensor may purchase in the future.
Software Titles Incorporated by this License Agreement. All software and online titles offered through Microsoft’s Select Agreement and Enterprise Agreement Volume License Channels will be incorporated into this BPA where applicable and any and all other software or software titles which may be added through Licensor’s in- house development or corporate acquisition. It is the DoD’s anticipation this agreement will cover any and all software companies Microsoft may acquire in the future whose software is offered through Microsoft’s Select Agreement and Enterprise Agreement Volume License Channels.
Software Titles Incorporated by this License Agreement. All software titles sold by Licensor as a component of licensed Product acquired under this Agreement will be incorporated into this Agreement as will any and all other software or software titles which may be added to licensed Product through Licensor’s in-house development or corporate acquisition to the extent that Licensee continues to purchase Support for licensed Product. Use of this Agreement by the Federal Government: The parties agree that, if a federal agency implements another contracting vehicle for Licensor’s products, and if the licensee is an agency of the Federal Government, then, with the written consent of Splunk, the terms and conditions of this Agreement can apply to any purchase of software products by that agency, and that the terms and conditions of this Agreement become part of the purchase document without need for further execution. Additionally, should a Federal Government Agency desire to use this agreement, it will be without costto any party.
Software Titles Incorporated by this License Agreement. The SketchUp software titles licensed by Licensor will be licensed under this agreement and any and all future versions of such SketchUp software or software title which may be added through Licensor’s in-house development or corporate acquisition.
Software Titles Incorporated by this License Agreement. All software and support subscriptions offered by Red Hat and identified in Appendix 1 will be available in accordance with this Agreement. Additional software subscriptions acquired through Red Hat’s in-house development or corporate acquisition may be added through a mutually agreed upon bilateral modification. Red Hat acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Software Titles Incorporated by this License Agreement. This Agreement will cover any and all software sold pursuant to the GSA contract or BPA underlying this Agreement. All future Licensor products sold by Licensor’s Reseller via the GSA contract or BPA underlying this Agreement will be incorporated into this Agreement without need for any additional modification.
Software Titles Incorporated by this License Agreement. This Agreement will govern the provision and use of any Software offered by Licensor as of the effective date of this Agreement as well as any new Software offerings made available by Licensor during the effective term of this Agreement.
Software Titles Incorporated by this License Agreement. All software titles incorporated into the Cisco Global Price List as sold by the Licensor will be incorporated into this agreement. Cisco End User License Agreement Effective: May 22, 2017
Software Titles Incorporated by this License Agreement. For future software Products and Services offered by the Publisher, including those added through Publisher’s in-house development or corporate acquisitions, Publisher will use commercially reasonable efforts and good faith negotiations to incorporate such new Products and Services into this Agreement.
Software Titles Incorporated by this License Agreement. All software titles sold by Licensor through the DoD ESI BPA will be subject to this agreement, including any and all other software or software title which may be added through Licensor’s in-house development or corporate acquisition. It is the DoD’s anticipation this agreement will cover any and all software companies Licensor may purchase in the future, to the extent such companies’ products are offered by Licensor or its reseller through the DoD ESI BPA.
