Purchase Document definition

Purchase Document means an Order Form or Statement of Work. Purchase Documents shall be deemed incorporated herein by reference.
Purchase Document means a written Purchase Document issued by a Purchaser to an Offeror against this CSA for the provision of a specified quantity of Services at the prices set out in this CSA;
Purchase Document means each of this Agreement, each Parent Guaranty, each Servicing Report and each fee letter, together with all other documents, instruments or agreements executed and delivered by a Seller or the Seller Representative to or for the benefit of the Administrative Agent or any Purchaser in connection herewith.

  • Fees for the JAGGAER Applications and Services will be invoiced in accordance with the terms of the Purchase Document.

  • No modification or amendment to the Agreement, including any Purchase Document, shall be binding upon the parties except to the extent set forth in writing and signed by duly authorized representatives of JAGGAER and Client.

  • Unless otherwise stated in the Purchase Document, all payments shall be made in GBP no later than thirty (30) days after the date of invoice, payable in full, without reduction for any offset, withholding or other claims (except with respect to charges then under reasonable and good faith dispute as evidenced in a writing promptly sent by Client to JAGGAER prior to the payment due date).

  • The Agreement (including any Purchase Document) may be executed and delivered by electronic signature, facsimile or email and each full reproduction, including reproductions by photocopy or scan, shall be deemed an original.

Purchase Document means each of this Agreement, each Account Control Agreement, each Purchase Request, and each Servicing Report, together with all other documents, instruments or agreements executed and delivered by a Seller or the Seller Representative to or for the benefit of the Purchaser in connection herewith.
Purchase Document means each of this Agreement, the CACI Performance Undertaking, the Intercreditor Agreement, each Portfolio Report and each fee letter (including any Administration Fee Letter), together with all other documents, instruments or agreements executed and delivered by a Seller or the Seller Representative to or for the benefit of the Administrative Agent or any Purchaser in connection herewith.
Purchase Document or “Purchase Documents” means this Agreement, the Note, the Security Agreements, the Guaranty, the Interest Agreement, and any other document or instrument delivered in connection with any of the foregoing whether or not specifically mentioned herein or therein (other than, for the avoidance of doubt, the Warrant and the Registration Rights Agreement).
Purchase Document means the applicable offer, order confirmation or any other purchase document provided by PTW.
Purchase Document means Xxxxxxx’ purchase acknowledgement document or other document in which Xxxxxxx and the Customer acknowledge the Customer’s purchase of the service plan under this Agreement.
Purchase Document means each of this Agreement, each Account Control Agreement, each Purchase Request, the Seller A Power of Attorney, and each Servicing Report, together with all other documents, instruments or agreements executed and delivered or submitted via the PrimeRevenue System by a Seller to or for the benefit of the Purchaser in connection herewith.
Purchase Document has the meaning specified therefore in the Note Purchase Agreement.
