Software Subscriptions. If the Service Order includes Software Subscriptions, Support is limited to assistance purchasing Software licenses through either the Rackspace or Microsoft portal and obtaining the product key for the licensed software.
Software Subscriptions. The scope of the various Subscription Services offerings for Software, the Units by which each Subscription Service is measured, the applicable end user license agreement, and other terms specific to each offering are set forth at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxx. The Red Hat support policies relative to each of these offerings are set forth in Section 2 below and define further the scope of the Subscription Service offerings. A subscription to a Software product entitles Client to receive access to (a) the applicable Software via a Red Hat Portal (defined below), (b) the applicable Software updates and upgrades, when and if available, via a Red Hat Portal, and (c) the applicable level of support services described in Sections 2.2 and 2.3 below, if applicable.
