SITE RENTAL. In consideration for the lease of the Site by the District to Lessee and for other good and valuable consideration, Lessee shall pay to the District one dollar ($1.00) per year, or any portion of a year that this Site Lease is in effect, within thirty (30) days of the end of the Term of this Site Lease. Lessee shall have no obligation to make rental payments hereunder in the event of the District’s inability to issue the necessary Notices to Proceed for the Project pursuant to the provisions of Section 5 of the Construction Services Agreement.

  • Additional Rent In addition to Base Rent, Tenant agrees to pay to Landlord as additional rent (“Additional Rent”): (i) Tenant’s Share of “Operating Expenses” (as defined in Section 5), and (ii) any and all other amounts Tenant assumes or agrees to pay under the provisions of this Lease, including, without limitation, any and all other sums that may become due by reason of any default of Tenant or failure to comply with the agreements, terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease to be performed by Tenant, after any applicable notice and cure period.

  • Building Services Labor Law Article 9 applies to Contracts for building service work over $1,500 with a public agency, that: (i) involve the care or maintenance of an existing building, or (ii) involve the transportation of office furniture or equipment to or from such building, or (iii) involve the transportation and delivery of fossil fuel to such building, and (iv) the principal purpose of which is to furnish services through use of building service employees.
