Signatures Delivered by Facsimile. E-mail, or Other Electronic Means. This Agreement, any amendments or addenda to this Agreement, and any other documents related to this Agreement to the extent bearing a signature by the person authorized by the respective party, but delivered via facsimile machine, e- mail, .pdf file containing a copy of such executed document, or other similar means, shall be treated in all manner and for all purposes as an original copy of such executed document, and as an original agreement or instrument with the same binding legal effect as if it were the original signed version thereof delivered in person. Agency waives and shall not raise the use of a facsimile machine, e-mail, .pdf file, or other similar means of electronic transmission as a defense to the formation or enforceability of this Agreement or any such agreement or instrument. ADDENDUM A: COMPENSATION Broker/Agent Commission Structure for LifeLock Products and Services All commissions are expressed as a percent of the membership fees.
