Signatures by scanned and emailed image, electronic, or facsimile transmission shall have the same force and effect as original signature and as an electronic record adopted and executed by a Party with the intent to sign the electronic record pursuant to California Civil Code sections 1633.1 et seq.

COUNTERPARTS; FACSIMILE/E-SIGNATURES. The Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, and each of which shall constitute together one and the same instrument. The counterparts will be binding on each of the Parties, even though the various Parties may have executed separate counterparts. This Agreement, any counterpart or any necessary associated document may be executed by an electronic or digital signature to the fullest extent allowed by law, including in accordance with the California Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (“UETA”), Civil Code § 1633.1 et seq., and the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (“E-Sign”).
