Signature Requirement. Before any material reflecting negatively on the employee is placed in the employee's file, the employee shall sign a receipt containing the following disclaimer: "Employee's signature only acknowledges receipt of material. The employee's signature does not necessarily indicate agreement or disagreement." This shall not apply to a termination notice if the employee refuses to sign the document.
