SHORT-TERM ILLNESS AND INJURY AND LONG-TERM DISABILITY. Regular employees shall be entitled to coverage for short term illness and injury and long term disability in accordance with the regulations as outlined in Information Appendix "A" to this agreement. The Commission agrees to be bound by the regulations that apply to the Government of British Columbia employees pertaining to Short Term Illness and Long Term Disability until the Parties agree otherwise.
