Copies of Correspondence. The Union shall be provided copies of notices of supernumerary status, notices of layoff and letters of placement given to employees pursuant to the operation of Article 13.

The Union be provided copies of notices of supernumerary status, notices of layoff and letters ofplacement given to employees pursuant to the operation of Article ARTICLE HOURS OF WORK Hours of Work The annual hours of work exclusive of meal periods taken away from the work station but including paid holidays will be which is the equivalent to an average of hours per week. Due to varying lengths of the calendar and work years and the varying times that employees may begin and end their work schedules, an individual employee may not work the exact annual hours, however, all work schedules shall be based on an average of hours. A week shall be deemed to be any seven consecutive calendar days. The daily hours of work for each employee shall be consecutive unless otherwise provided in the Component Agreements. Work Day Application of hours of work are set forth in the Component Agreements. Meal Breaks Meal breaks as set in the Component Agreements shall be scheduled during an employee’s work day. Should an employee be recalled IO duty during a meal break, additional time shall be provided later in the day, or repaid at overtime rates.
Copies of Correspondence. Copies of all pertinent correspondence related to the promotion, sale and use of each Product for use in each Indication to and from all Regulatory Authorities and all submissions, or pertinent excerpts thereof, to the Regulatory Authorities connected to each Product for use in each Indication will be furnished by the corresponding Party to the other Party in a timely manner.
