Common use of Short Notice of Change Clause in Contracts

Short Notice of Change. 1. A plan for how much time will be needed will be submitted to the principal/supervisor and the Executive Director of Human Resources by the teacher(s) involved in a short notice change of assignment shall be compensated at the hourly rate of $18.50 an hour for work related to the transfer and required to be done outside the duty day.
