End of the Duty Day. 1. On the last student attendance day of each week with the exception of the last day of school, the duty day shall end the same time as student classroom instruction provided the teacher’s area is secured and all assigned duties are completed.

End of the Duty Day. On the last student attendance day of each week with the exception of the last day of school, the duty day shall end the same time as student classroom instruction provided the teacher’s area is secured and all assigned duties are completed. On days preceding holidays and vacations, the duty day shall end at the same time as student classroom instruction, provided that the teacher’s area is secured and all assigned duties are completed. On the last teacher duty day of the school year, teachers may leave at 2:00PM, provided that have completed all checkout requirements, unless a full contact day has been deemed necessary. In the case of an emergency, the teacher’s area must be secure and buses must have departed for the duty day to end.

  • Union Activity During Working Hours The Employer and the Union recognize that union representatives and stewards play an important role in effectuating the terms of this Agreement; however, both parties acknowledge that the duties undertaken as a union representative or xxxxxxx are in addition to the their job assignments. The Union shall notify the Department of Budget and Management in writing of the names of designated stewards and union representatives prior to them assuming any duties. Consistent with the operational needs of the Employer, the Employer shall grant time off with pay for designated stewards and union representatives, including reasonable travel time when necessary, to attend:

  • Tandem Transit Traffic 12.1 As used in this Section, Tandem Transit Traffic is Telephone Exchange Service traffic that originates on CBB's network, and is transported through Verizon’s Tandem to the subtending End Office or its equivalent of another carrier (CLEC, ILEC other than Verizon, Commercial Mobile Radio Service (CMRS) carrier, or other LEC (“Other Carrier”). Neither the originating nor terminating customer is a Customer of Verizon. Subtending End Offices shall be determined in accordance with and as identified in the Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG). Switched Exchange Access Service traffic is not Tandem Transit Traffic.

  • Evening Shift Differential A shift premium of two dollars and seventy-five cents ($2.75) per hour shall be paid:

  • Risk of Margin Trading The risk of loss in financing a transaction by deposit of collateral is significant. You may sustain losses in excess of your cash and any other assets deposited as collateral with the licensed or registered person. Market conditions may make it impossible to execute contingent orders, such as "stop-loss" or "stop-limit" orders. You may be called upon at short notice to make additional margin deposits or interest payments. If the required margin deposits or interest payments are not made within the prescribed time, your collateral may be liquidated without your consent. Moreover, you will remain liable for any resulting deficit in your account and interest charged on your account.
