SHIFTING SERVICES. Defined as Tug assistance performed in connection with the movement of a Vessel from berth to berth, berth to anchorage, anchorage to anchorage, or from stream to a dock-xxxxx in, whether or not the Tug is made fast to the Vessel. Shifting services shall be charged as follows: Vessel making use of its own propelling power: ONE AND ONE-HALF TIMES THE RATE. Vessel not making use of its own propelling power: DOUBLE THE RATE. If more than one zone in the shift is involved, the applicable Rate shall be the Rate for the higher zone.

Shifting services shall be charged at one and one-half times the rate of the higher zone. RATE FOR TUGS WORKING BY THE HOUR: For Tug Services not covered above, the rate of $1,200.00 per Tug per hour (prorated to the nearest xxxx (1/2) hour), including running time to and from the Tug Station, shall apply. There shall be a four (4) hour minimum per Tug.

SHIFTING SERVICES. Within berth shall be charged one and one-half times the Zone rate. Moving between two berths shall be charged as an undocking and a docking. If more than one zone in the shift is involved, the applicable rate shall be the rate for the higher zone. Vessel without power (Deadship): Double the applicable rate(s).

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Scaling Services Scaling services shall be performed by Forest Service personnel or parties under contract to Forest Service, except that weighing services may be performed by personnel or parties approved by Forest Service. Scaling shall be provided in accordance with the instructions and specifications in A9. Scalers shall be currently certified to perform accurate Scaling services. The Scaling services provided shall be selected exclusively by Forest Service. Scaling services may be Continuous, Intermittent, or Extended. “Continuous Scaling Services” is Scaling at one site five (5) 8-hour shifts a week, exclusive of Sundays and Federal holidays. “Intermittent Scaling Services” are non-continuous Scaling services. “Extended Scaling Services” are Scaling services exceeding Continuous Scaling Services and may include Sundays and designated Federal holidays. Upon written request of Purchaser and approval of Contracting Officer, Forest Service may provide other services, such as but not limited to grading, tagging, or marking of Scaled logs.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Existing Services In the disconnection and sealing of services the Contractor is to comply with the requirements of the Authorities concerned and is to allow in his prices for serving all notices and paying all fees as necessary. The Contractor must take all necessary precautions and will be responsible for damage caused to any underground cables or services which exist on site.

  • Education services 1.1 Catholic education is intrinsic to the mission of the Church. Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd (MACS) governs the operation of MACS schools and owns, governs and operates the School.

  • Competing Services Subject to the provisions of this Section 9, and Contractor’s obligations with respect to Confidential Information, including as defined in Section 10, nothing in this Contract precludes or limits in any way the right of Contractor to: (i) provide services similar to those contemplated in this Contract, or consulting or other services of any kind or nature whatsoever to any individual or entity as Contractor in its sole discretion deems appropriate, or (ii) develop for Contractor or for others, Deliverables or other materials that are competitive with those produced as a result of the Services provided hereunder, irrespective of their similarity to the Deliverables delivered pursuant to this Contract. Each party is free to utilize any concepts, processes, know-how, techniques, improvements or other methods it may develop during the course of performance under this Contract free of any use restriction or payment obligation to the other.

  • Hosted Services We shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Hosted Services you have purchased available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for: (a) planned downtime under our direct control (of which we shall give at least 8 hours notice via the Hosted Services and which we shall schedule to the extent practicable during the weekend hours from 6:00 p.m. Pacific time Friday to 3:00 a.m. Pacific time Monday), (b) to the extent we are notified by third party service providers of planned downtime (of which we shall provide such notice to you via the Hosted services as soon we can reasonably do so), or (c) any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, acts of government, flood, fire, earthquakes, civil unrest, acts of terror, strikes or other labor problems, internet service or third party hosting provider failures or delays ("Force Majeure"). Hosted Services are provided in accordance with applicable laws and government regulations.
