Shelter. 22.01 Each Employer shall provide a proper and adequate place of shel- ter, sufficiently heated and securely locked in which the labourers may eat their lunch and store their clothing. Sanitary toilets shall be provided in accordance with the regulations of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, as amended. This provision will have been complied with if the Employer has made arrangements with the general contractor or other parties for the use of existing facilities.
