Immediately upon receipt of said notice, the Employer shall advise said employee(s) that they will no longer be scheduled for hours of work on the subsequent weekly schedule until said employee(s) give evidence of compliance or the Union notifies the Employer of such compliance. Failure to comply within seven (7) days after removal from the schedule said employee(s) shall be terminated, if such termination is not in violation of existing law.
