UNION PRINCIPLES. 1. It shall not be a violation of this Agreement and it shall not be the cause for discharge or disciplinary action in the event an employee refuses to go through or work behind any lawful, sanctioned, primary picket line, including the lawful, sanctioned, primary picket line of the Union party to this Agreement, and including such picket lines at the Employer's place of business.

UNION PRINCIPLES. The Employer shall not discharge or discriminate against any employee for upholding Union principles.
UNION PRINCIPLES. The Trade Union principle of seniority shall apply in all matters pertaining to this Collective Agreement.
UNION PRINCIPLES. The employer shall not discharge any employee for upholding the employee’s union principles, but there shall be no limitation of the amount of work an employee shall perform during the working hours.
UNION PRINCIPLES. 326 The Employer shall not discharge or discriminate against any employee for upholding Union principles, as long as such act does not constitute a violation of this Agreement, and nothing herein shall be so construed as to abrogate an employee’s right under the law, including the right individually to refuse to cross a bona fide picket line established in a bona fide dispute by any bona fide labor organization. 327 Union Stewards 328 The parties have agreed we share a joint commitment to support union stewards and recognize and enhance their vital role in the workplace. 329 The parties agree to jointly promote greater utilization of stewards and develop a process to release stewards for authorized activities. Stewards may be notified to participate in discipline/corrective action meetings and shall be made whole for attendance at such meetings. 330 The Employer will make every effort to allow access to secure mail, use of facsimile, telephone, copier, computer and email for joint Employer/Union business communication. Use of Employer equipment will not occur on company time unless so authorized by the Employer.

For the purpose of this Article, a sanctioned picket line shall be one which is sanctioned by the Local Union signatory to this Agreement. The Union shall not command, order or direct employees to exercise their rights under the foregoing clause but shall have the right to advise employees whether the strike or picket line is sanctioned, as to the facts of the particular labor dispute and as to the employee rights under the foregoing clause. Neither shall the Employer command, order or direct employees to refuse to exercise their rights under the foregoing clause.
UNION PRINCIPLES. Wherever possible, the Employer agrees to utilize union services for printing, janitorial, repair, and other needs of the business. The Union agrees to assist the Employer in its efforts to make other labor organizations aware of the company’s commitment to union principles and to encourage members of those labor organizations to patronize unionized facilities.
UNION PRINCIPLES. No employee shall be discharged, disciplined, or otherwise discriminated against for lawful activity on behalf of, or representation of the Union.
