SERVICE ACCESS TO DATABASES. If, during the course of the Error Diagnosis or development of a solution, access to a system table is required, Exasol will be entitled to login to the database by using a special database user, whose access privileges are limited to system tables. Thus, direct access to the tables other than the system tables of the database is impossible. Support is carried out taking into account provisions governing the protection of personal data. Particularly the copying of such data for analysis of an Error shall require the express approval of Customer. For the fulfilment of Exasol’s contractual duties, Customer grants to Exasol the necessary access rights and will provide corresponding account data for the Cluster. In case of correction work and other Maintenance actions, this access data specifically includes user domains which are necessary for processing the request and which have the necessary privileges at the operating system and data base level. If Customer does not grant access to the affected system, Customer is responsible for the provision of necessary information for Error Diagnosis and development of a solution.

  • Access to Data Operator shall make Data in the possession of the Operator available to the LEA within five (5) business days of a request by the LEA.

  • Service Access Access to the clinical parts of our Site is restricted to Users. Users of our Site are provided with unique User IDs by the Clinic with which they are associated and must choose a password of their choice to sign on to our Site. Users must provide personal contact information, and you must ensure that your information is kept up to date at all times. User IDs and passwords constitute an electronic signature and will be used by us to authenticate access to our Site. If a User opts to sign onto Xxxxxx.xxx, the User will be able to take advantage of the non- public sections of our Site. If a User opts not to sign onto our Site, their access to our Site will be restricted to the public sections of our Site only. If you are provided with a User ID, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any User ID at any time, if in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of this Agreement. You may only use our Site as set out in this Agreement. Any illegal or unauthorized use of our Site shall constitute a violation of this Agreement. You do not have permission to access our Site in any way that violates this Agreement or breaches any applicable law. You agree to keep your and your Patients’ Data accurate, current and complete. You may print off or download extracts of page(s) from our Site for your use in Patient care or insertion into a Patient’s electronic health records only.

  • Access to Software Access Rights to Software which is Results shall comprise: Access to the Object Code; and, where normal use of such an Object Code requires an Application Programming Interface (hereafter API), Access to the Object Code and such an API; and, if a Party can show that the execution of its tasks under the Project or the Exploitation of its own Results is technically or legally impossible without Access to the Source Code, Access to the Source Code to the extent necessary. Background shall only be provided in Object Code unless otherwise agreed between the Parties concerned.

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCESS The Competitive Supplier agrees to provide, or cause to be provided, certain customer services to Participating Consumers. Such services shall be reasonably accessible to all Participating Consumers, shall be available during normal working hours, shall allow Participating Consumers to transact business they may have with the Competitive Supplier, and shall serve as a communications liaison among the Competitive Supplier, the Town, and the Local Distributor. A toll-free telephone number will be established by Competitive Supplier and be available for Participating Consumers to contact Competitive Supplier during normal business hours (9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday) to resolve concerns, answer questions and transact business with respect to the service received from Competitive Supplier. The Town will post program-related information on the Town’s website which will be available to Participating Consumers for general information, product and service information, and other purposes.

  • Information Access Each Party (“Disclosing Party”) shall make available to another Party (“Requesting Party”) information that is in the possession of the Disclosing Party and is necessary in order for the Requesting Party to: (i) verify the costs incurred by the Disclosing Party for which the Requesting Party is responsible under this Agreement; and (ii) carry out its obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement. The Parties shall not use such information for purposes other than those set forth in this Article 25.1 of this Agreement and to enforce their rights under this Agreement.

  • Access to System If Business Associate needs access to a Covered Entity Information Technology system to comply with its obligations under the Contract or this Agreement, Business Associate shall request, review, and comply with any and all policies applicable to Covered Entity regarding such system including, but not limited to, any policies promulgated by the Office of Information Technology and available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/about/policies.
