Data Collection; Privacy. From time to time, Exasol may collect and process technical and related information about Customer’s use of the Software, which may include Internet protocol addresses, hardware identification, operating system, application software and other usage information, and use this information to support and troubleshoot issues, provide updates, invoice and improve Exasol’s products or services. Such information will be subject to the Exasol Privacy Policy, available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/portal/display/EXA/Terms+and+Conditions, which policy is hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement.

This data will be sent to Quick Heal only with Your permission. This data will be collected anonymously and will not be related to any Personally Identifiable Information or Personal Data. By using the software, You acknowledge and agree that Quick Heal may collect, transmit, store, disclose and analyze such information for the purposes mentioned in its privacy policy. You declare that all the data that You provide is true and accurate and undertakes to inform Quick Heal of any changes to said data.
