Seniority List Maintenance. (a) Seniority shall be determined by the date of hire with the Company. For those employees who transitioned from CHL to Ornge Air in 2012, their CHL Emergency Medical Services (EMS) hire date will be recognized as their date of hire with the Company. Seniority Lists that were in effect on the date Ornge Air assumed operations from CHL Emergency Medical Services (EMS) will be recognized as the basis for all challenges to seniority.
