Senior Leads are responsible for providing support, direction and leadership to Crew Schedulers and Assistant Schedulers during day of flight operation. The duties include, IRROPs plan development and delegation; flight following and HUB management; alerts, approving and constructing charter requests; Union related flight releases; crew reporting and other related duties as assigned. The premium for permanent Senior Leads will be fifteen percent (15%) over the highest rate in the Scheduler’s scale.

Ensuring all policies, procedures and standards are adhered to; daily direction relating to crew movements; liaison with Operations Managers during irregular operations; interface as necessary with internal departments and external agencies; monitor Crew Schedulers to ensure workl oads are manageable and make adjustments where required; monitor and report any discrepancies with respect to crew irregularities in the daily function of Crew Scheduling. The premium for permanent Senior Leads will be fifteen percent (15%) over the highest rate in the Scheduler’s scale. Relief Senior Leads will be paid fifteen percent (15%) over their rate of pay for all shifts worked as a Senior Lead.

  • Construction Documents Phase Services 3.4.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Design Development Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Construction Documents for the Owner’s approval.   • Senior Level Negotiations If after fifteen (15) Days of receipt of the Dispute Notice Response by the submitting party or, in the event that the receiving party fails to timely submit a Dispute Notice Response, either Party may, by providing written Notice to the other party, request that the Dispute be resolved by direct negotiations between senior level negotiators of the parties (“Senior Level Negotiations Notice”). It is within each party’s discretion to determine who constitutes a senior level negotiator, and this person may be, among other possibilities, a senior executive or in-house counsel. The senior level negotiators shall confer as often as they deem reasonably necessary to exchange information and attempt to resolve the Dispute within thirty (30) Days after the Senior Level Negotiations Notice is given to the other party.

  • Program Requirements Provided At No Charge to the Judicial Council A. The Contractor shall provide the following items during the Program at no charge to the Judicial Council:

  • Construction Schedules 10.1 Within seven (7) days of the University’s issuance of a purchase order, the Contractor shall submit to the Project Coordinator three (3) copies of a Construction Schedule for this Project. The Schedule shall be in bar chart form and shall include all aspects of the work, the interrelationship of the various trades and the critical path of the job. The schedule shall include a timeline for the submission, review and approval of shop drawings for critical path items and delivery and installation dates for those same critical path, or long lead time items, (such as electrical transformers and elevator). The Schedule shall coincide with the Contractor’s approved Schedule of Values. The Schedule shall indicate a completion date in advance of the date established for Substantial Completion. The Schedule shall be acceptable to the Architect/Engineer and the Project Coordinator. It shall be revised and reissued at the beginning of every month for the duration of the project. This monthly update progress Schedule shall include a summary comparison of the original schedule and the latest updated schedule (previous month) showing all activity description and dates. These comparison schedules shall be in the form of a summary bar chart, an activity listing report and actual to target comparisons. The reports may include critical activities, float time, duration of each activity, dates of each activity and the network logic (including successors and predecessors of each activity). Included with the written report and electronic copy of the schedule submission noting the above referenced requirements. Failure to provide the Architect/Engineer, or the Project Coordinator with an acceptable, revised Schedule, within seven (7) days of the receipt of a written request, may result in the withholding of the Contractor’s monthly progress payments until such a Schedule is received.

  • Vendor Encouraging Members to bypass TIPS agreement Encouraging entities to purchase directly from the Vendor or through another agreement, when the Member has requested using the TIPS cooperative Agreement or price, and thereby bypassing the TIPS Agreement is a violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and will result in removal of the Vendor from the TIPS Program.

You will always be required to discount every TIPS Sale by the percentage included below with the exception of limited goods/services specifically identified and excluded from this discount in Vendor’s original proposal.
