SELLING CONTRACT. Tenant is responsible for re-letting the terms of this agreement with approval by Landlord. Tenant forfeits any rights afforded in existing contract upon receipt of deposit of the individual who purchases said contract. All balances due on contract remain in force and Landlord shall be free to pursue any and all means necessary for collecting any and all outstanding balances due by Tenant. The purchaser of said contract shall abide by existing payment terms set forth in the contract, and any balances that have not been paid shall be paid before transfer of contract to purchasing Tenant. No refunds will be made by Rockefeller LLC nor landlord. All attempts to recover parts of sold contract should be made by tenant through the person who the tenant sold the remainder of the contract to.
