Continuing Contracts definition

Continuing Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(b)(ii).
Continuing Contracts means any Contracts, other than Contracts which are national contracts or which require the consent of the other party thereto to any change-of-control in Property Owner, that Transferee elects to assume or does not elect, pursuant to Section 6.3 hereof, to require Transferor to terminate.
Continuing Contracts means the oral agreement with Sweetheart Cups to produce printed cups for use in the Theaters and agreements relating to the operation and maintenance of the Property (excluding any film exhibition agreements), which are described on Exhibit C; provided that, on the Transfer Date, "Continuing Contracts" shall mean, and consist only of, those Continuing Contracts set forth on Exhibit C related to the Theaters and Property to be transferred on the Closing Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for the purposes of Section 3.1, "Continuing Contracts" shall mean the oral agreement with Sweetheart Cups to produce printed cups for use in the Theaters and agreements relating to the operation and maintenance of the Property (excluding any film exhibition agreements), which are described on Exhibit C.

Examples of Continuing Contracts in a sentence

  • Award of a specific scope of work to a Continuing Contractor - During the term of the Continuing Contract(s), specific scopes of work may be developed and awarded to Continuing Contractor(s), by Amendment to such Continuing Contract(s), provided that the specific scope of work is consistent with the general types of Services upon which award of the Continuing Contract(s) was made.

  • Contract award - The multi-step solicitation shall specify the general types of Services required, the selection process to be used, and the selection criteria for award of the Continuing Contract(s).

More Definitions of Continuing Contracts

Continuing Contracts means, and consist only of, those Continuing Contracts set forth on Exhibit C related to the Theaters and Property to be transferred on the Closing Date. Continuing Contracts means the agreements relating to the operation and maintenance of the Property (excluding any film exhibition agreements), which are described on Exhibit C.
