SELF-HELP SERVICES. Kinds of services that we can perform for you: we can perform the following self-help services for you in connection with a legal matter in which you are representing yourself: We can type, prepare or otherwise complete, as you specifically direct, legal documents that you have selected. We can provide you general published factual legal information that has been written or approved by an attorney, to help you represent yourself. We can provide you published legal documents. We can file and serve legal forms and documents as you specifically direct. These are the only kinds of services that we can perform for you. We cannot provide you any service if you need additional services. If you need additional services, then you require the services of an attorney. Kinds of services that we cannot perform for you : we cannot provide you any self-help service unless you are representing yourself in a legal matter and in court and the self- help service is limited to that legal matter. We cannot engage in the practice of law. This means that we cannot give you any kind of advice, explanation, opinion or recommendation about possible legal rights, remedies, defenses, strategies or options that you may have. We cannot give you any advice, explanation, opinion or recommendation regarding selection of court forms. • Eviction Defense Document Preparation • Preparing Unlawful Detainer Response • Preparing a Fee Waiver • Preparing Answer for Unlawful Detainer • Possible/if needed prepare one Demurrer • Possible/if needed prepare one Motion to Quash • Preparing any other document requested in response to the eviction • Assistance in filing documents You are paying only for those services listed above and no others, unless agreed to in writing. It is unlawful to make any guarantee or promise to you unless it is written in this contract or addendum and unless I have a factual basis for making the guarantee or promise. Please see the appropriate addendum for any guarantees or warranties.

  • Specialized Services The specialized consultant services identified in the following list are included in Additional Services: Providing financial feasibility or other special studies. Providing planning surveys, site evaluations, environmental studies or comparative studies of prospective sites. Providing services relative to future facilities, systems and equipment which are not intended to be constructed during the Construction Phase. Providing services to make detailed investigation of existing conditions or facilities or to make measured drawings thereof, other than to verify the accuracy of drawings or other information furnished by the Owner. Providing coordination of Work performed by Owner’s separate Contractors or by the Owner’s own forces. Providing services in connection with the Work of a Contractor or separate consultants retained by the Owner other than commissioning consultant, testing and balance consultant, material testing firms or similar firms. Providing services for planning tenant or rental spaces. Making revisions in Drawings, Specifications or other documents when such revisions are inconsistent with written approvals or instructions previously given are required by the enactment or revision of codes, laws of regulations subsequent to the preparation of such documents or are due to other causes not solely within the control of the Project Architect. Making extensive investigations, surveys, valuations, inventories or detailed appraisals of existing facilities, except as otherwise required by the Agreement, and ser­vices required in connec­tion with construction performed by the Owner. Providing consultation concerning replacement of any Work damaged by fire or other cause during construction, and furnishing services as may be required in connection with the replacement of such Work. Providing services made necessary by the default of the Contractor, or by major defects or deficiencies in the Work of the Contractor, or by failure of performance of the Contractor under the Contract for Construction. Providing extensive assistance in the utilization of any equipment or system such as initial start-up or testing, adjusting and balancing, preparation of operation and maintenance manuals, training personnel for operation and maintenance, and consultation during operation. Providing services after the expiration of sixty (60) days following final payment to the Contractor, excluding any services necessary during the warranty period inspections and provided that all of Project Architect’s services as required under this Agreement have been satisfactorily completed. Preparing to serve or serving as an expert witness at the request of the Owner in connection with any public hearing, arbitration proceeding or legal proceeding. Providing any other services not otherwise customarily furnished in accordance with generally accepted architectural practice.

  • Extra Services District-authorized services outside of the scope in Exhibit “A” or District-authorized reimbursables not included in Architect’s Fee.

  • Medically Necessary Services for the State plan services in Addendum VIII. B medically necessary has the meaning in Wis. Admin. Code DHS §101.03(96m): services (as defined under Wis. Stat. § 49.46

  • Inpatient Services Hospital This plan covers services provided while inpatient in a general or specialty hospital including, but not limited to the following: • anesthesia; • diagnostic tests and lab services; • dialysis; • drugs; • intensive care/coronary care; • nursing care; • physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapies; • physician’s services while hospitalized; • radiation therapy; • surgery related services; and • room and board. Notify us if you are admitted from the emergency room to a hospital that is not in our network. Our Customer Service Department can assist you with any questions you may have about your coverage. Rehabilitation Facility This plan covers rehabilitation services received in a general hospital or specialty hospital. Coverage is limited to the number of days shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits.

  • Anesthesia Services This plan covers general and local anesthesia services received from an anesthesiologist when the surgical procedure is a covered healthcare service. This plan covers office visits or office consultations with an anesthesiologist when provided prior to a scheduled covered surgical procedure.

  • Related Services Licensee shall be responsible for obtaining and installing all proper hardware and support software (including operating systems) and for proper installation and implementation of and training concerning the Licensed Software. In the event that Licensee retains Licensor to perform any services with respect to the Licensed Software (for example: installation, implementation, maintenance, consulting and/or training services), Licensee and Licensor agree that such services shall be subject to Licensor’s then current standard terms, conditions and rates for such services unless otherwise agreed in writing by Licensor.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.

  • Outpatient Services The following services are covered only at the Primary Care Provider’s office[selected by a [Member], or elsewhere [upon prior written Referral by a [Member]'s Primary Care Provider ]:

  • Cloud Services You will not intentionally (a) interfere with other customers’ access to, or use of, the Cloud Service, or with its security; (b) facilitate the attack or disruption of the Cloud Service, including a denial of service attack, unauthorized access, penetration testing, crawling, or distribution of malware (including viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, and cancelbots); (c) cause an unusual spike or increase in Your use of the Cloud Service that negatively impacts the Cloud Service’s operation; or (d) submit any information that is not contemplated in the applicable Documentation.

  • Provider Services The Contractor’s system shall collect, process, and maintain current and historical data on program providers. This information shall be accessible to all parts of the MCMIS for editing and reporting.
