Investment Management If and to the extent requested by the Advisor, the Sub-Advisor shall, subject to the supervision of the Advisor, manage all or a portion of the investments of the Portfolio in accordance with the investment objective, policies and limitations provided in the Portfolio's Prospectus or other governing instruments, as amended from time to time, the Investment Company Act of 1940 (the "1940 Act") and rules thereunder, as amended from time to time, and such other limitations as the Trust or Advisor may impose with respect to the Portfolio by notice to the Sub-Advisor. With respect to the portion of the investments of the Portfolio under its management, the Sub-Advisor is authorized to make investment decisions on behalf of the Portfolio with regard to any stock, bond, other security or investment instrument, and to place orders for the purchase and sale of such securities through such broker-dealers as the Sub-Advisor may select. The Sub-Advisor may also be authorized, but only to the extent such duties are delegated in writing by the Advisor, to provide additional investment management services to the Portfolio, including but not limited to services such as managing foreign currency investments, purchasing and selling or writing futures and options contracts, borrowing money or lending securities on behalf of the Portfolio. All investment management and any other activities of the Sub-Advisor shall at all times be subject to the control and direction of the Advisor and the Trust's Board of Trustees.
Disbursement Generally OEM shall reimburse eligible costs incurred in carrying out the Project, up to the Grant Fund amount provided in Section 3. Reimbursements shall be made by OEM upon approval by OEM of an RFR. Eligible costs are the reasonable and necessary costs incurred by Subrecipient for the Project, in accordance with the Emergency Management Performance Grants guidance and application materials, including without limitation the United States Department of Homeland Security Notice of Funding Opportunity Announcement (NOFO), that are not excluded from reimbursement by OEM, either by this Agreement or by exclusion as a result of financial review or audit. Loop Makeup Response Time - Electronic This report measures the average interval and the percent within the interval from the electronic submission of a Loop Makeup Service Inquiry (LMUSI) to the distribution of Loop Makeup information back to the CLEC. Exclusions Manually submitted inquiries Canceled Requests Business Rules The response interval starts when the CLEC’s Mechanized Loop Makeup Service Inquiry (LMUSI) is submitted electronically through the Operational Support Systems interface, TAG. It ends when BellSouth’s Loop Facility Assignment and Control System (LFACS) responds electronically to the CLEC with the requested Loop Makeup data via the TAG Interface. LSRs submitted via LENs will be reflected in the results for the TAG interface.
HUMANITY FUND 44.00 The Company agrees to deduct on a weekly basis the amount of $0.01 per hour from the wages of all Employees in the bargaining unit for all hours worked and, prior to the 15th day of the month following, to pay the amount so deducted to the “Humanity Fund” and to forward such payment to United Steel Workers of America National Office, 000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X0X0X0, and to advise in writing both the Humanity Fund at the aforementioned address and the local union that such payment has been made, the amount of such payment and the names of all Employees in the bargaining unit on whose behalf such payment has been made. All deductions are voluntary and may be canceled upon request.
Destination CSU-Pueblo scholarship This articulation transfer agreement replaces all previous agreements between CCA and CSU-Pueblo in Bachelor of Science in Physics (Secondary Education Emphasis). This agreement will be reviewed annually and revised (if necessary) as mutually agreed.
Vacation and Sick Leave Administration (a) for the purposes of administration of clauses 34.11 and 34.12, where an employee does not work the same number of hours each week, the normal workweek shall be the weekly average calculated on a monthly basis.
Self-Funded Leave Plan 26.01 The Self Funded Leave Plan has been developed to afford Employees the opportunity of taking up to one year leave of absence and, through deferral of salary, to finance the leave subject to the regulations under the Income Tax Act.
Special Situations The parties recognize that under certain circumstances a Change in Control may occur under conditions which make it inappropriate for Employee to receive the termination benefits or protection set forth in this Agreement. Therefore, in the event that a Change in Control occurs for any one of the following reasons, the provisions of Sections 2, 6 and 9 shall not apply:
Radiation Therapy/Chemotherapy Services This plan covers chemotherapy and radiation services. Respiratory Therapy This plan covers respiratory therapy services. When respiratory services are provided in your home, as part of a home care program, durable medical equipment, supplies, and oxygen are covered as a durable medical equipment service.
Asset Management Supplier will: i) maintain an asset inventory of all media and equipment where Accenture Data is stored. Access to such media and equipment will be restricted to authorized Personnel; ii) classify Accenture Data so that it is properly identified and access to it is appropriately restricted; iii) maintain an acceptable use policy with restrictions on printing Accenture Data and procedures for appropriately disposing of printed materials that contain Accenture Data when such data is no longer needed under the Agreement; iv) maintain an appropriate approval process whereby Supplier’s approval is required prior to its Personnel storing Accenture Data on portable devices, remotely accessing Accenture Data, or processing such data outside of Supplier facilities. If remote access is approved, Personnel will use multi-factor authentication, which may include the use of smart cards with certificates, One Time Password (OTP) tokens, and biometrics.
