Production Use definition

Production Use means any functional operation of the Licensed Software in support of Your normal business operations (such as normal productive use and pre-production testing other than Failover Readiness Testing).
Production Use means the capability to use, or the actual use of, the System in a live environment;
Production Use means the date Service is first used by Customer to capture time; calculate, distribute, or record compensation to an Employee; or for which the Service is used for any reason other than development, evaluation, and acceptance testing.

  • You may install and use one copy of the Server Software for Production Use on a single Server in the country where the Server Software was first obtained.

  • Requests for deployment and maintenance assistance and/or assistance for Production Use are not included within the scope of Development Support, but may be available on a consulting basis under the terms of a separate agreement.

Production Use means use of the Software in object code form by a single User or a Device, as applicable, solely for internal production purposes in support of one Site.
