Section 8.2.1.6. 33 Full-time employees shall use their vacation time currently due or choose to receive 34 payment for unused accrued vacation time with their September paycheck; provided 35 that all full-time employees must use at least seven (7) days of paid vacation per year. 36 No employee shall lose vacation that was requested in writing. A one-year carryover of 37 not more than five (5) days is allowed if mutually agreed to by the District and the 38 employee.
