Section 10.11. 20 Employees on layoff status shall file their addresses in writing with the personnel office of the District 21 and shall thereafter promptly advise the District in writing of any change of address.

Section 10.11. 2 Employees in lay-off or reduced hours status shall have priority, in seniority order by classification, in 3 filling new or open positions over less senior employees, substitutes, and outside candidates. Names 4 shall remain on the re-employment list for fifteen (15) months. Employees in lay-off status may 6 Human Resources prior to the fifteen (15) months.
Section 10.11. 46 Recall will be on the basis of the reverse order of layoff. Employees will remain subject to recall provided 47 they have kept the District informed of their current address, telephone number and availability for 1 employment during the layoff period. For the purposes of recall, “substantially equal” means no more 2 than one (1) hour’s difference in time with no loss of insurance eligibility.
Section 10.11. 10 In the event of layoff, employees so affected are to be placed on a reemployment list maintained by the 11 District according to layoff ranking. Such employees shall be considered along with current employees 12 in filling an opening in the classification held immediately prior to layoff. The employee(s) hired last 13 within effected classifications will be the first to be laid-off. Names shall remain on the reemployment 14 list for eighteen (18) months from the date of layoff. Recall of laid-off employees shall be on the basis 15 of the reverse order of layoff within affected classifications.
