SEATBELTS. The number of persons travelling in the vehicle must not exceed the number of seatbelts the vehicle is equipped with by its manufacturer.

SEATBELTS. Local laws relating to the wearing of seatbelt may be non-existent or not enforced in some countries and therefore local people largely choose not to wear them. For this reason, local service providers may or may not have seatbelts in vehicles or they may be hidden between seats or underneath protective seat covers. It is expected that where seatbelts are available customers must use them and remain seated at all times while the vehicle is moving. As such, customers acknowledge that seatbelts may not be available and therefore travel at their own risk.

The driver will decline to transport passengers or luggage if, in his opinion, the car is overloaded, or if the hirer or any passenger is disorderly or unfit to travel. In such circumstances the driver has the right to terminate the booking. In this event no refund of monies will be given. No responsibility or liability will be accepted for restrictions relating to car access at any location. Damage to car Hirers are liable for any damage to our cars howsoever caused by either themselves or any other member of their party. Eating, drinking and smoking are not permitted in the vehicle. If the hirer, guests or any other person in the party causes damage to the car then the hirer will be liable in full for the cost of repairs or cleaning and will pay Vintage Adventure Tours such costs within 7 days of our invoice in this respect. Pets We do not allow pets in the vehicle.

SEATBELTS. No driver shall operate a commercial motor vehicle, and a motor carrier shall not require or permit a driver to operate a commercial motor vehicle, that has a seat belt assembly installed at the driver's seat unless the driver is properly restrained by the seat belt assembly. 16.

  • Directory To participate in the MnDOT TGB program, a business must be certified at the time of contract execution. Certified Targeted Group Businesses are listed in the Directory of Certified Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged and VET Vendors. MnDOT makes no representation as to any TGB’s technical or financial ability to perform the work. Prime contractors are solely responsible for performing due diligence in hiring TGB firms. A TGB’s failure to perform the work will not be considered justification for a compensation increase or time extension.
